# Digital Delivery Policy

All products available on SoftwareHub (https://softwarehub.store) are 100% digital goods. No physical parcel, box, CD, DVD, or USB flash drive will be shipped to your postal address.

### 1. Instant Cloud Access

* Delivery Time: Digital delivery is instantaneous. Immediately upon successful payment verification through Razorpay, you will be redirected to the download access page.

* Delivery Method: Download links (Google Drive / high-speed cloud mirrors) along with step-by-step video setup tutorials are delivered directly on your screen and saved to your verified member account.

### 2. Lifetime Library Access

Your purchased items are permanently linked to your registered email address under the "My Purchases / My Library" tab on our portal. This ensures you can re-download and access the packages whenever needed in the future.

### 3. Delivery Failure or Technical Delays

If you do not see your download screen due to a network interruption or browser closure:

1. Log in to softwarehub.store using your registered email and mobile number, and check the My Purchases dashboard.

2. If your order still does not appear, contact our support team at softwarehub.store@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your Razorpay payment ID. We will promptly verify and deliver your package access manually.

### 4. Shipping Fees

Since all items are delivered online via cloud storage, there are no shipping or handling charges applied to any order.
